Frequently asked questions about renting

How fast is my rented miner live? ＋

Usually within minutes of payment, at the latest within 24 hours. You get an email the moment your virtual miner starts – from then on, your dashboard shows hashrate, accepted shares and pool status in real time.

What happens if my miner finds a block? ＋

The pool pays the full reward – currently 3.125 BTC plus transaction fees – directly to your own Bitcoin address. We are not part of the payout path and take no cut: your address is registered at the pool, so the coinbase payout belongs to you alone.

How can I verify that the hashrate is real? ＋

Three ways: your live dashboard shows our own per-customer delivery measurement; your pool's public statistics show the arriving hashrate for your address independently of us; and our open live demo shows a real customer dashboard before you spend a cent.

Can I change my payout address or pool later? ＋

Any time, in self-service from your dashboard. Changes apply within minutes, and every change triggers a confirmation email so nothing happens unnoticed.

What about downtime or maintenance? ＋

Our fleet consists of multiple devices; allocation rebalances automatically and we compensate switching overhead at our expense. We measure every customer's delivery ourselves – you are buying a metered product, not a promise.

Is there a guaranteed return? ＋

No – and honest providers say so clearly. You rent real compute with a real chance at the block reward: solo mining is a lottery with verifiable odds (check the mining calculator), not an investment product. If it hits, 100% is yours.

Do I need an account or KYC? ＋

No. Guest checkout with your email is enough; you manage your miner via secure links. Pay with Lightning, Bitcoin on-chain or card.

Can I cancel or does it auto-renew? ＋

A booking simply ends after its term – no subscription trap. Auto-renew is optional, discounted, and can be switched off any time with one click.
