Shipping & Payment
Shipping costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of 8,99 € per order. For orders of 300,00 € or more we ship free of charge. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you complete your order.
Delivery time
Items in stock are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) after payment is received; delivery then usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping is handled via Correos or UPS; the expected delivery time depends on the destination country. Should an item exceptionally not be available immediately, we will let you know without delay.
Delivery area
We ship throughout Europe. Within the EU there are no additional import charges. For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), import charges (customs/import duties) may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.
Payment methods
- Bitcoin / Lightning – processed via our own BTCPay Server.
- Credit card – securely processed via Revolut.
- PayPal – processed via PayPal.
- Bank transfer (SEPA) – advance payment; you receive the account details after ordering and by email.
The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. For bank transfer (advance payment) we ship only after the payment has been received in full on our account.
