Product description

The Bitaxe GT 801 – also called the Gamma Turbo – is the high-performance version of the popular Bitaxe: two BM1370 ASICs on a premium 6-layer PCB combine for around 2.15 TH/s, nearly double the hashrate of a classic single-chip Bitaxe – at only about 40 watts. At roughly 18 J/TH it matches the efficiency of industrial machines while staying tiny, quiet and living-room friendly. It runs the open AxeOS firmware: set pool, frequency and voltage yourself and watch hashrate and temperature on the removable 0.91" OLED or in the web dashboard. No vendor lock-in, no manufacturer account – hardware you truly own. Set up over WiFi in minutes. Ships within 24 hours.

The Bitaxe GT is for everyone who wants to noticeably improve their solo-mining block chance over a single Bitaxe without giving up open, repairable hardware or a compact form factor. The two BM1370 ASICs are the same chips found in industrial miners – here in a device you control yourself. With good cooling you get the maximum efficiency and stability out of it.

Frequently asked questions about Bitaxe GT 801 | 2.15 TH/s

How is the Bitaxe GT different from a normal Bitaxe Gamma?
The GT has two BM1370 ASICs instead of one: around 2.15 TH/s instead of 1.3 TH/s, at about 40 watts. Same open AxeOS firmware, same compact format.
How efficient is the Bitaxe GT?
At ~18 J/TH it reaches the efficiency of industrial miners, making it one of the most economical solo miners for the home.
Is it good for solo mining?
Yes, ideal: nearly double the hashrate means a higher chance of finding a block on your own, at low power draw.
