The AXP60 Copper Pro is a Thermalright AXP60-X50 Full and the copper upgrade for the Bitaxe Gamma and Nerdaxe Gaia. 210 grams of copper take up the chip's heat, two heat pipes carry it into the fin stack and a 60 mm fan blows it out. Your miner stays well below the temperature limit in continuous operation and has headroom when you raise frequency and voltage. On the Bitaxe Gamma Copper Pro and the Nerdaxe Gaia Copper Pro this exact cooler comes fitted from the factory.
Because the names sound so alike, to be explicit: the AXP60 fits the Nerdaxe Gaia, not the Nerdaxe Gamma. For the Nerdaxe Gamma, the ICE Tower Low Profile Kit is the matching cooler. The AXP60 is also too small for the multi-chip boards of the NerdQaxe ++ and NerdOctaxe; the larger AXP90 Copper Pro is made for those.
